Half of the dynamic duo that is Neutral Service, Ken is the knowledge base that aims to create the best possible experience here with us. Whether it be service related, a bike fitting question or product information or experience, his information will provide an insight into the product beyond its specs and marketing.

Leigh McCrabb

The man in the stand, Leigh is hands-on, ready to turn your ride into the performance machine it was always designed to be. Leigh prides his workmanship on your bike as if it were his own and is forever striving for improvement , both in his practice but most importantly in your bike.
